Do you charge per review?

No. RevDone is a flat monthly fee. Reply to 50 reviews or 5,000 — same price. We will never surprise you with usage charges.

Is the BAA actually included?

Yes — at no extra cost on the Practice and Group paid plans. Once you're on a paid plan, request your BAA from Settings → HIPAA and we'll send you the agreement to sign.

Can I cancel any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes — one click from your billing page. You'll keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. No retention calls.

Does the AI ever post without my approval?

Accepted Answer

Only if you switch Autopilot on — and only for the reviews you allow. Autopilot is off by default: until you enable it, every reply is drafted and waits for your one-click approval. When you do enable it, you choose which star ratings may publish automatically and after what delay. You can pause Autopilot instantly at any time.

Which reviews are never auto-posted?

1★ and 2★ reviews are always held for a human — no Autopilot setting can release them. Any review that mentions a treatment, condition, or medication is held too, whatever its star rating. And a drafted reply that would reference clinical detail or confirm someone is a patient is blocked from posting outright, even when you approve it manually. These safeguards are built in and cannot be switched off.

What happens after the free trial?

You can pick a plan or do nothing. We don't auto-charge after the trial — AI drafting and Autopilot simply pause, and you can come back any time. Your data stays in your account.

How does voice training work?

When you connect Google, RevDone uses your past replies to shape the voice — matching your cadence and phrasing. You fine-tune it any time with tone dials and signature phrases in Settings → Voice.
