Which practice management software does Treatment Recovery work with?

Does RevDone contact my patients about their treatment?

No. Treatment Recovery shows your team who to follow up with and why, and records the calls your team logs; every conversation about treatment is your team’s. The only messages RevDone sends patients are review-request emails, and only when your team sends a campaign.

What do I need for the PPO fee analysis?

Your office fee schedule and the fee schedules of the PPO plans you take, as Excel or CSV files or pasted from a spreadsheet. Open Dental’s fee schedule export works as is. Adding procedure counts turns percentages into yearly dollar figures. PDF schedules can’t be read reliably, so ask the payer for an Excel or CSV copy.

Does RevDone send letters to insurance companies?

No. RevDone drafts a request letter from that contract’s own fees, checks it for missing details and wording that could cause problems, and tracks follow-ups and outcomes. You decide whether to send it, and you send it.

Can RevDone guarantee a fee increase?

No one can. Payers often grant part of a request or none of it. RevDone shows where your case is strongest and what a request would be worth if granted, and labels every figure as modeled.
