Terms of Service
Last updated May 22, 2026
These terms govern your use of the RevDone platform, including accounts, billing, acceptable use, AI-generated content, and the responsibilities each party carries.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between RevDone Health, Inc. (“RevDone”) and the organization or individual that accesses the RevDone platform (“you”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a practice, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
2. The service
RevDone imports patient reviews from connected platforms, drafts replies using AI, and lets authorized users approve and publish them. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding credentials. Organizations control team membership and roles (owner, manager, front desk) and are responsible for granting appropriate access.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payments provider, Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings and will keep access through the end of the paid period. Prices may change with prior notice; taxes may apply. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use RevDone to:
- Violate any law or the terms of a connected review platform.
- Publish false, deceptive, or incentivized reviews, or otherwise manipulate review platforms.
- Post replies that are unlawful, harassing, discriminatory, or that disclose another person’s private information.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service or its security.
6. AI-generated content and your responsibility
RevDone drafts suggested replies using AI. AI output can contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published and remain the publisher of record for every reply attributed to your practice.
Reviews rated 1 or 2 stars, and any reply flagged as billing, clinical, or service-recovery, are always held for human approval and are never auto-posted — regardless of autopilot settings. This safeguard is built in and cannot be disabled.
7. HIPAA and protected health information
If you are a HIPAA covered entity, your use of RevDone to process protected health information is governed by a Business Associate Agreement, which is included on eligible paid plans and prevails over these Terms with respect to PHI. You agree to provide only the minimum information necessary and not to input PHI beyond what the service reasonably requires.
8. Third-party platforms
RevDone connects to third-party platforms such as Google, Yelp, Trustpilot, and Healthgrades. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. RevDone is not responsible for changes, outages, or policy decisions of third-party platforms.
9. Intellectual property
RevDone and its software, design, and content are owned by RevDone Health, Inc. You retain ownership of your organization’s data, including reviews and replies, and grant RevDone the limited license needed to operate the service for you. We may use aggregated, de-identified data to improve the service.
10. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect the other’s non-public information disclosed in connection with the service and to use it only as needed to perform under these Terms.
11. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevDone disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. RevDone does not warrant that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any particular use.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevDone will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. RevDone’s total liability for any claim arising out of the service will not exceed the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify RevDone against claims arising from your content, your use of the service in violation of these Terms or law, or your violation of a third-party platform’s terms.
14. Term and termination
These Terms apply while you use the service. You may stop at any time by cancelling your subscription. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the service. On termination, you may export your data for a limited period before deletion.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law applies to you. The parties will attempt to resolve disputes informally before pursuing formal proceedings.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with an updated date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
